Comfortable, loose clothes, made of cotton or similar fabric, best way to practice Yoga is bare foot, but if you need to wear socks, pick the ones that grip well to the mat

What to bring?

  • Yoga mat if you’ve got one (otherwise it can be provided)
  • Yoga block, brick and strap (if you’ve got one)
  • Blanket (you might need one during relaxation as well as during exercises to give you extra cushion)
  • Anything else you might find useful (water, pillow etc.)

What to expect?

Classical Hatha Yoga class with a taste of vinyasa flow, mindful, focused practice, strengthening, stretching and balancing poses
